palm strike with hand turning over right before arm locks out. Keep elbow in and down! |

Back Hammer Fist |
Attacking
in a sideways motion with top of fist (opposite side of where a hammer fist
strike would be). |

Jump Side Kick |
Bring
both knees up, turn to side in air, side kick forward. |

Self Defense |

Iron Arm Grab,
Draw bow,
shoot arrow |
Out
block and grab with right as inward strike with left arm. Then still holding, fire fist punch with left,
springing in with left foot going into a front stance. |

Rising grab,
knee break, hook, palm |
Outblock
grab with right, pull up right knee and inward knee break with right foot.
Then hook left across target, clear and open palm attack with right
shifiting into a front stance. |

bow, shoot the arrow, grab, inward
knee break with right,
skip with
left, hook with left,

kick right, punch right, grab
right, step and punch left, grab with left, step in with right, tame the tiger right hammer fist down in horse stance,
then back hammer fist with
right as twist into front stance sliding left leg out a bit,
grab right, enter in, grab left
enter out. |
