like a side kick, knee up, turn hips over and kick target to side with top of

Twirl
backwards spinning arms to help with momentum, bring rear leg up and arc up
and down hitting with side of foot.
Whole body turns 360 degrees. |

Like
Spinning Reverse Kick except drop down on pivot leg, hitting target with
calf. Spin 180 degrees on ground. |
