Tai Chi   Description
Deep Breath Legs crossed, hands up, back straight.  Breath in and out through nose.
Hand Attacks/ Kicks  
Chop Hand flat, strike with side of hand.
Fire Fist Punch Punch with fist palm to side
Rolling Back Fist Fist comes up from belly and rolls out in front of face.
Palm Hand flat, used as a containing or holding hand.
Front Snap Kick Knee up and bent, extend out foot straight in front, kick with ball of foot, pull back foot and then set down leg.
Self Defense  
Chop palm punch Chop w/ right, palm to hold punch w/ left, fire fist punch with right,  in front stance.
Iron Arm, Shoot the Arrow Out block with right or left, and fire fist punch with non blocking arm, in front stance.
Rolling Back Fist, Front Snap Kick, Punch Rolling Back Fist blocks face, contain with left, as front snap kick with right, then set foot forward and down as punch with right.
Kung Fu  
  Right hand, chop, palm(left), punch (fire fist) (right), steping forward with right.  Iron arms, step forward with left foot, double inblock to front waving arms left to right, left arm ,  shoot the arrow ), shift back into horse pos.,
Cannon Fist Sparring in block, down block, out block with left arm,   shoot the arrow. (right arm) Rolling back fist with right, Front Snap kick, punch with right,  cover with left, punch with right bringing up left knee long fist technique.
Cannon Fist Sparring Counter Long Fist with right, step back with right as block  with left, punch right, in block left in horse, punch high, low, high, in block in horse, punch in front stance, step back and down block in horse, out block, shift back as they cover, then chop palm punch.
