Past Curriculums
  
 

Returning Students are "evaluated" at the end of each six week session to determine if they can execute the movements they learned from their current session in addition to movements they had learned from previous six week sessions. If they have the movements memorized and can perform them at the appropriate skill level, they are given an opportunity to then test.

Instructors felt it would be helpful to the students to have previous six week session curriculums posted here for students to review not only to be prepared for their next belt level, but to continuously practice and develop the martial arts skills they come to class to learn. If you have forgotten a form or movement, check here!
