| Deep Breath | Legs crossed, hands up, back straight. Breath in and out through nose. | ||||||

| Side Horse Punch | Horse Stance. Springing 180 degrees forward, punching to side. | ||||||
| Fan Kick | Knee comes up, use opposite hand for target, swing leg half circle in front of body. | ||||||
| Double Heel Kick | Turn and bring heel of foot up, jump switch and bring other heel up. | ||||||
| 180 Jump Fan Kick | Bring knee up, jump 180 degrees turning around in air, then fan kick and land. | ||||||

| Ill Ee Kick Form | Side horse punch, step behind hammer fist, give em 5, double heel kick, three 180 degree jump fan kicks, finish in bagua position | ||||||
| Punch Defenses | |||||||
| Deflect, Hammer Hammer | Deflect kick or low body attack with left, then hammer left right over top of head. | ||||||
